Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Legacy Jewelers ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. By using our website, visiting our store, purchasing our products or services, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information — such as your name, mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Transaction information — such as purchase history, repair or service records, appraisals, and payment details processed through our payment providers.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact us, provide verbal consent to receive text messages, or respond to our messages.
- Website usage information — such as your device type, browser, IP address, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process and fulfill your orders, repairs, appraisals, and service requests;
- Communicate with you about your purchases, appointments, and account, including order status and pickup notifications;
- Send you text messages (SMS/MMS) that you have expressly opted in to receive, of the types described in the "SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Opt-In" section below;
- Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries;
- Improve our products, services, and website; and
- Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
3. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Opt-In
If you voluntarily opt in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Legacy Jewelers, we may use your mobile phone number to send the types of messages described below. Depending on your transactions and interactions with us, messages may include:
- Repair status updates
- Repair completion notifications
- Pickup notifications
- Payment links
- Receipts
- Customer support communications
- Occasional promotional offers
- Review requests
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed. We will not send additional text messages unless you separately opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below.
How we obtain consent. We collect SMS consent only through a documented verbal opt-in process. Before enrolling you, one of our employees explains the SMS program to you, and you must provide an affirmative verbal response agreeing to receive text messages. Your consent is then recorded in our point-of-sale (POS) system, including the date, time, and opt-in method. No SMS messages are sent until your consent has been recorded. Providing a mobile telephone number by itself, contacting us by text, making a purchase, requesting a repair, or receiving another service does not by itself enroll you in text messages.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a product or receiving a service. We do not send text messages to customers who have not provided affirmative verbal consent. SMS consent records may be retained for compliance and recordkeeping purposes.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — with trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf (for example, payment processing, text-message delivery, email delivery, and shipping), who are only permitted to use your information to provide those services;
- Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or others;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this policy.
As stated above, mobile phone numbers collected for SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices
- Text messages: Reply STOP to any text message to opt out at any time.
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link in our emails or contact us to opt out of marketing emails.
- Access and updates: Contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of our services after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
9. Contact Us

Website forms, cookies, and third-party services
This page describes information collected through the Legacy Jewelers website and the choices available to visitors.
Information you provide
Our newsletter form asks for your name, email address, and phone number. Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms. Appointment booking is provided by Calendly, which collects the information you enter when scheduling a consultation. Please review Web3Forms' privacy policy and Calendly's privacy notice for details about those services.
Optional analytics and your choices
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for optional analytics and advertising integrations. These analytics scripts load only after you select Accept. The embedded Calendly scheduler also waits for Accept. Selecting Deny keeps them off; you can still use the direct booking link to Calendly. Calendly provides its own cookie settings within the embedded scheduler.
The website stores your banner choice in a cookie. Accept is remembered for up to one year; Deny uses a session cookie. You can clear this site's cookies in your browser to choose again. Banner choices are recorded for reporting.
A Global Privacy Control signal suppresses optional site analytics and the embedded scheduler. Videos are served from Vimeo, and loading them contacts Vimeo's servers. See Google's privacy policy and Vimeo's privacy policy for information about those services.
Other websites
Links to our online store, financing providers, social media, and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices.
